9D or Mega Volume eyelash extensions are a high-density lash technique where multiple ultra-fine lashes (usually 6–16 or more) are fanned out and applied to a single natural lash, creating a very full, fluffy, and dramatic look.
9D: One fan contains about 9 ultra-fine lash extensions
Mega Volume: Even fuller than regular volume lashes, using more and finer lashes for maximum density
Features:
Very dense and fluffy (feather-like effect)
Darker and more noticeable appearance
Ideal for those who prefer a bold or dramatic makeup look
· Clean your face and the eye area properly with an oil-free makeup remover.
· Use lash shampoo or baby shampoo or oil free foaming face cleanser and work it gently into your lashes and over your eyelids.
· Use up-and-down motion so you don’t tug at your eyelashes and concentrate on the lash line as this is where dirt and bacteria can build up.
· Rinse with cold water.
· It’s best to let them dry naturally
· Comb your eyelash extensions out with a clean mascara brush.
notes:If you have oily eyelids, you should clean your lash extensions daily. The same applies to individuals who wear eye make up, Clean your lashes twice or three times a week if you don't have such issues.
Before you come for your next infill, make sure your lashes are clean and free of makeup. Avoid using oil-based products, and do not wear eye makeup on the day of your appointment to ensure the best results.
Eyelash extensions typically last 2 to 6 weeks, depending on several factors.
Natural lash cycle: Your natural eyelashes shed every 2–3 weeks, so extensions fall out with them.
Type of extensions & glue: Higher-quality materials and professional application last longer.
Aftercare: Avoiding oil-based products, excessive rubbing, and water exposure in the first 24–48 hours helps extend their life.
Maintenance: Most people get refills every 2–3 weeks to keep them looking full.
Generally, eyelash extensions are considered safe as long as they are applied by a trained professional using high-quality products. However, there are some potential risks to be aware of.
Possible risks include:
Allergic reactions: Some people may be sensitive or allergic to ingredients in the lash adhesive.
Eye irritation or infection: Poor hygiene or improper aftercare can lead to discomfort or infection.
Damage to natural lashes: Extensions that are too heavy or incorrectly applied may weaken or cause natural lashes to fall out.
How to reduce the risks:
Choose an experienced and reputable lash technician
Make sure safe, high-quality products are used
Follow proper aftercare instructions
If you experience redness, pain, or severe discomfort, remove the extensions and consult a professional promptly
Overall, with proper application and care, lash extensions are safe for most people.

* If you experience intense itching and or red/swollen eyelids in the first few days after the application. This could be an allergic reaction. Unfortunately, these are largely unavoidable - but luckily they are rare, and can be treated. Please contact us if you are worried.
* Excessive shedding of extensions off the natural lashes in the first few days. This is uncommon - but please contact us if you feel they are shedding rapidly within the first 3 days of application so we can troubleshoot and/or assess your lashes.
* If (after wearing extensions for a while) you find your eyes sometimes feel gritty and sandy
- this can mean that you really need to clean your lashes more frequently/properly. Your technician can assess your lash line and give advice on the best way to clean your lashes.
